What ages do Cubtale stories work for?

Cubtale currently personalises stories for children from 0 to 17. For babies and younger children, a grown-up can read the story aloud; the age you enter helps shape the reading level and illustration tone.

What do I need to create a personalised story?

You will need the child’s name, age, three interests, and a story style such as adventure, bedtime, or friendship. A parent or guardian must also give consent before we create the personalised preview.

Can I see the story before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cubtale drafts a three-page sample spread around the child’s name and interests. Read it together first, then approve the spread before you continue to checkout.

What formats are available?

You can choose a digital storybook PDF, a printable activity pack, or a print-on-demand bundle. The digital storybook has 24 personalised pages; the activity pack includes two personalised activity pages designed for A4 printing; the printed bundle includes the storybook plus a US Letter print-ready PDF.

Will the illustrations look like my child?

If you choose the print-on-demand bundle, you provide a JPEG or PNG child photo so the printed keepsake can include their likeness. The photo can be up to 20 MB, and parent or guardian consent is required. We use the details you provide for that one story only.

How do you keep the story and likeness experience safe?

Accepted Answer

Cubtale checks each story draft against age-range, child-safety, and likeness-consent rules. If a draft needs a closer look, it can be paused for review rather than sent straight through. A parent or guardian must consent before a personalised preview is created.

When will I receive a digital storybook or printable pack?

The digital storybook is delivered as a PDF to the parent or guardian email entered during checkout, and the current digital offer is designed to arrive within an hour. Printable activity packs are downloadable after personalising, so you can print them at home.

How does the printed bundle ship?

The printed bundle is made to order: it is printed only after your order lands, and it includes the matching PDF. Because production and carrier timing can vary, email cubtale@polsia.app before ordering if you are working toward a specific date.

Can I give a Cubtale story as a gift?

Yes. A Cubtale story can be made for a sibling, grandchild, friend, or another child you love. Start with their name, age, and three interests, then use an email you can access for delivery so you can pass the finished PDF or keepsake along at the right moment.

Email cubtale@polsia.app with your order reference and a short description of what went wrong. We will review the situation and help with the next step. If a download link is not working, please contact us before placing a second order so we can look into the original one.
